Are standard Air and Vacuum Valves mounted on a Surge Check Unit. The Air and Vacuum Valve operates in the normal fashion allowing air to escape freely at any velocity.

Air Release Valves function to release air pockets that collect at each high point of a pressured pipeline.

Fuel Service Air Release Valves operate while pressurized allowing entrained air to escape from the fuel pipeline, pump or reservoir tank through the air release orifice.

Air/Vacuum Valves are float operated, having a large discharge orifice, equal in size to the valves inlet. Air/Vacuum valves allow large volumes of air to be exhausted from or admitted into a water pipeline as it is being filled or drained.

Vacuum Relief/Air Inlet Valves are normally closed valves and when the System Pressure becomes Negative -IT OPENS IMMEDIATELY- allowing air into the system to prevent a vacuum forming.

The Surge Check Valve is designed for installation to the inlet of the existing Air/Vacuum Valve on the line. It consists of a body, seat, flow-disc and compression spring.

The Custom Combination Sewage Air Valves are dual function venting large volumes of air through the large orifice and small pockets of air through the small orifice before shutting off spurt free.

Electrically operated, to permit remote control of automatic pump stations, features: Shut-Off Valve – Throttle Flow Valve – Control Check Valve – Drain Valve and during electrical power loss, this valve will automatically shut-off, without assistance.

Double doors are spring loaded for fast non-slam shut-off against rubber seat in the body.

Full Flow Foot Valves are a form of check valve, installed at the bottom of Pump suction line, inside the wet well. Foot valves are an inexpensive way to maintain prime on a single centrifugal pump.

This Valve is installed in the vertical position with the direction of flow in upwards. In this position the Foot Valve is normally closed. The valve opens while the centrifugal pump is running and closes when the pump stops running to maintain a flooded suction and primed pump.

Designed to protect pipelines against excessive overpressures. It is basically spring loaded “pop-off” type valve which will open quickly when system pressure exceeds setting of springs and will close slowly at an adjustable rate when system pressure returns to normal.

Adjusted at the factory to hold closed against the normal operating system pressure: When the system pressure exceeds this setting, the valve will open immediately to relieve the pressure rise but close slowly as the system pressure returns to normal.
